Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

During my recent stay at the Puteri Wing, I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. Being just a short walk away from the waterfront, I found it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable suggestions for dining options in the area.

Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as outdated rooms and cleanliness issues, I personally didn't encounter any major problems during my stay. I had a satisfactory experience and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

It was previously a Crowne Plaza hotel but the condition and cleanliness has dropped tremendously since the management change bathroom is very smelly and there was no exhaust fan or ventilator for it ! linens are definitely way cheaper than a 3 start hotel

Overall, it's brilliant place for exploring Kuching attractions...

I had a pleasant stay at Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city and close to the waterfront and popular attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the pillows. I also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the Deluxe King River View room. I highly recommend this hotel.

They got confused for my hotel booking. Booked for 3D2N but my room keys were only activated for a night.

Overall cleanliness is low and air-conditioning in certain rooms are not adjustable.

Conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from a bustling market by the waterfront 🚶🏻‍♂️.

Limited parking space when there's event at the hotel and I also got uncomfortable pillows. I think hotel management should change those pillow with new one.

I haved stayed here several times over the years. Defintely my favorite hotel in kuching.

Fantastic location, spacious room, friendly staff, great deal. View of Sarawak river, comfortable and safe. Excellent buffet breakfast with local dishes. Conveniently located in the center of town. Well-equipped gym. Honest and professional staff who kept a lost item safe.

The customer service at Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic is exceptional. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, they promptly upgraded us to a beautiful suite at no extra charge. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable, right in the center of the city within walking distance of everything. The hotel also offers delicious food and a cozy environment. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Kuching.

I had a very good stay and would stay here again! It was in a strategic location with Kuching Waterfront Bazaar Lively Market nearby. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had tasty dishes.
